The SIA R6-CHL70SS pack consists of a stainless steel, 70cm 5 burner gas hob and chimney cooker hood. The hob has a stylish design, finished in contemporary stainless steel alongside the sturdy cast iron pan supports and matt enamel burner caps it is sure to add a classy touch to any modern kitchen. You can be assured, as with all gas hobs, it will provide you with full control over the cooking temperatures at all times with it’s front dial controls, even heat distribution and faster cooking times. The cooker hood has a powerful single fan motor and 3 variable speed settings so this unit is suited for any type of cooking. The hob features a flame failure safety device (FFD), which stops the flow of gas when a flame goes out, preventing gas leaks. The LPG conversion kit is a set of small brass jets that allow you to convert the hob to use bottled butane or propane, if you do not have access to a natural gas connection.
The cooker hood is suitable for either internal re-circulation – air is passed through a charcoal filter, purified and released back into the kitchen, or external extraction – cooking odours and vapours are transferred outside with the help of a ducting kit.
