We value collaboration over competition, so based on overall company performance, we reward all our employees equally with a bonus scheme which enables you to take home up to £5,000 per year on top of your basic salary.
Generous Holiday Entitlement
We all need a break, so we provide an extra 5 days holiday in addition to statutory holiday entitlement. On top of that, for every calendar year that you’re with us, we’ll give you an extra 1 day holiday up to 36 days holiday (including bank holidays).

We have our own spacious, restricted-access car park with 4 disabled parking bays immediate to the main entrance as well as an EV charging point.
