Due to the ongoing and ever-changing situation with COVID-19 we want to keep you up to date on everything we are doing as a business during these unprecedented times. Our priority is the health and safety of all of our customers and staff and we have undertaken new measures based on the government guidelines. We will monitor the situation daily and update you as often as possible.

Our website is open and fully operational. This is the best way to stay up to date with stock, prices and to place your orders. We will also use the homepage for keeping you informed of any changes.

Our phone lines are open as usual. (Monday to Friday 8am-6pm).

We would appreciate your patience if it takes a little longer than usual to get through to our team. We are working hard to get back to every customer and will do everything we can to help with your enquiries.

Deliveries
Currently, our courier service partners are fully operational and the estimated delivery times given on our website should be achieved. However, due to the unprecedented times we are in and the challenges COVID-19 presents, some delays may occur, and we hope for your understanding in such circumstances.

All of our service providers have had to implement significant changes in order to keep our customers and themselves safe whilst providing essential services to our country and its people.

For health and safety reasons, our parcel courier is carrying out contactless deliveries and our heavy-and-bulky courier will deliver the order to your doorstep or a nominated safe place, should you or any of your household be in self-isolation. If there are any specific requirements or precautions, we should know about to ensure a safe delivery to yourself, please do let us know.

CDA Warranty Updates

Please be aware that CDA has currently changed their policies and will only be carrying out repairs to essential appliances across the entire UK. This means they will only carry out repairs to cooking, laundry, refrigeration and dishwasher products. They are not carrying out repairs to extractors, wine coolers, beer dispensers, warming drawers or coffee machines, etc. and will not do so until the situation allows.

They are taking this action to strike a responsible balance between delivering an acceptable level of service and their responsibilities for protecting the health and safety of their employees and our customers.
