Our priority is the health and safety of all of our customers and staff and we have undertaken new measures based on the government guidelines. We will monitor the situation daily and update you as often as possible.
Our website is open and fully operational. This is the best way to stay up to date with stock, prices and to place your orders. We will also use the homepage for keeping you informed of any changes.
Our phone lines are open as usual. (Monday to Friday 9am-2pm).

Currently, our courier service partners are fully operational and the estimated delivery times given on our website should be achieved. However, due to the unprecedented times we are in and the challenges COVID-19 presents, some delays may occur, and we hope for your understanding in such circumstances.
All of our service providers have had to implement significant changes in order to keep our customers and themselves safe whilst providing essential services to our country and its people.
For health and safety reasons, our parcel courier is carrying out contactless deliveries and our heavy-and-bulky courier will deliver the order to your doorstep or a nominated safe place, should you or any of your household be in self-isolation. If there are any specific requirements or precautions, we should know about to ensure a safe delivery to yourself, please do let us know.
