The FSO10SS-INDH60BL-CGH60SS pack from SIA is a stylish yet functional, built-in single oven, 4 zone electric induction hob and curved glass cooker hood. The simple dial controls make using the oven a piece of cake and the built-in oven can be mounted under a worktop or at eye level, so it can match any kitchen style. These appliances have been chosen to complement each others design and fit into any modern kitchen.
The INDH60BL features intelligent induction technology - this heats up the pan directly using a magnetic field, instead of heating the glass surface. This type of cooking is extremely fast and efficient compared to ceramic hobs and because the glass does not heat up to high temperatures, it is much safer. Induction hobs must be used with pans that have a magnetic base, so make sure your pans are induction compatible before purchasing.
The CGH60SS cooker hood is suitable for either internal re-circulation – air is passed through a charcoal filter, purified and released back into the kitchen, or external extraction – cooking odours and vapours are transferred outside with the help of a ducting kit.
